Background: One of the initial readers of Patrick Malone's new book, Cracking the Code to Leadership was Ken Shelton, editor of the monthly leadership magazine, Leadership Excellence.  FYI - Patrick facilitates Joyfields Institute's PAR Leadership workshops designed to teach executives implementation influencing skills.  Upon reading the book, Ken invited Patrick to submit an article for his magazine and we are pleased to report the article appears in the February 08 edition of Leadership Excellence.  Based on the quality and name recognition of the other contributors, we are most pleased Patrick is included in such select company.
